"Fantastic place! As a starter there’s this basket from the market with fresh vegetables and some local sausages, with some sauces and the best aioli sauce I’ve ever tasted in my life. This was also my first experience with the famous Toulouse Cassoulet and it was very good. Staff is extremely friendly as well. Good place to go if you want to have a gastronomic night."

"If you want authentic food from Toulouse, this is the place. The starter with plenty of fresh vegetable was a great surprise. The cassoulet and duck tasted superb. They were very generous with the portion and constantly asked if we wanted more charcuterie. A local shop owner also recommended this place to us and praised their hygiene standards."

"Absolutely wonderful experience. From the start till the end. Amazing staff, super caring and friendly. We ordered Cassoulet and Porkloin + Polenta with Cheese. Everything was 10/10. I would just comment that cassoulet is not a classic version of the dish (it’s not using white beans for example), but nonetheless it was delicious. Can’t wait for my next visit to Toulouse, so I can come back to this restaurant!"

"One of the best restaurants I have been to in Toulouse. Service was great even more because they spoke Spanish. Customers did not select the entré instead they brought it to you as a surprise. For us, the entré was a nice basket with vegetables, liver & blood sausages, and various dips. For the main dish, I ordered a cassoulet. the duck was tender, and the sausage was tasteful and juicy but it didn't overpower the duck. I will definitively return the next time a visit Toulouse."

"Fantastic. Great setting, great ambience, and friendly staff. Very accommodating to our poor French! The starter was fun and very fresh. The cassoulet was made with fava beans, which was a nice twist. The pigs feet were rich and very well prepared. Great dinner all round."

"First time, and what an experience! The entree basket is original and packs a punch, the food and wine is great, and the staff is friendly! Loved it, worth a stop!"
